Our Hoarding Support

We offer a person-centred  approach to hoarding and acquiring behaviours, collaborating with individuals at their own pace to address associated thoughts and behaviours. Together, we prioritise your goals and empower your autonomy through manageable steps. Our focus on building rapport and trust establishes a strong foundation for our work. We aim to put people at ease, offering a non-judgmental, discreet, and empathic service.

In addition to our therapeutic services, we provide one-off cleans and item removals. Our team is fully trained in biohazard management and holds an upper tier waste carrier's license. 

We have a new online support group on Facebook called 'Small Steps Decluttering UK'

Small Steps Decluttering UK has been set up as an online support system for people who want to declutter their homes and are perhaps experiencing feelings of overwhelm and anxiety.

Here, we wish to offer expert and peer support, on an informal platform, build a community, and share tips and stories, in order to lighten the load!
